JAIL / DETENTION
The mission of the Gila County Jail Bureau is to provide for the secure detention of all individuals arrested, convicted, and sentenced for crimes within the jurisdiction of Gila County.
The Gila County Sheriff's Office Jail Bureau consists of the following departments:
Booking
Inmate Accounts/Commissary
Classification
External Inmate Transportation
Food Services
Grievance Procedure and Due Process
Inmate Educational Programs
Laundry Services
Medical Services
Position Qualifications
Minimum education and/or experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be eighteen (18)
Benefits
